In order to look into the possibility of extending your trial, we’ll need to access the account. Please head to our Shopify Help Center. Once you log in to your account you can create a support request through live chat, email, or callback. To do so, type your request in ‘Ask about a topic’, scroll down to ‘Get Support’, and then click ‘Continue.’ From there, you can submit your request to speak with an advisor.
In the meantime, I’d love to hear more about the business that you’re in the process of starting. What type of products will you be selling? Please don’t hesitate to let me know if you have questions along the way.
