Hi, my client wants to add an extra shipping cost for orders that include at least 1 product weighting 100lb and up, we already had shipping per weight but they need this extra cost, it would be charged only once no matter how many >=100lb products are in the cart
I guess this issue can be resolved with Shopify flat rates. You can create a shipping condition based on weight & set a flat rate accordingly.

Hi Anindita, the issue is that there is already a shipping rate based by weitgh with 10 different ranges of weight, but the client want to add an extra 149 if at least 1 product of 100lbs or more is added to the cart
