I’ve recently joined a small store that is solely reliant on shopify to provide data for the usual KPI’s.
long term we’ll be looking to move to an IMS/WMS that better suits the needs, but currently we’ll be working with Shopify.
is there any methodology present for extracting data on KPI’s?
Im a bit of an excel wiz so able to process raw data in to something more coherent.
what I’d basically like to do is be able to see is inventory turnover, receiving cycles, put away cycles, shrinkage etc (standard KPI suite)
I’m used to larger operations where an IMS quickly provides all of this data, so any help appreciated.
