All of my products are pushing to Facebook Commerce with as the main product ID and the variant ID, the main product ID shows NO quantity and therefore appears as “Has Issues.” NONE of my products have variants, they are all single items.
In the below you can see an example of one of my products pushing from Shopify to Facebook Commerce Manager. One with the product ID showing 0 quantity, the other is the variant ID with a quantity of 1.
I have 47 products that are active, and 47 show as “Has Issues.” There are 94 products appearing in Facebook with the same 47 being published and other 47 with an quantity missing error. Below is an example of how all of my products appear in the Facebook/Instagram app in Shopify.
Any ideas on how to resolve this? I’ve attempted to delete everything fro Facebook that shows 0 quantity. The Shopify app updates and then a few days later all 47 are back in Facebook with “Has Issues.” Also attempted to delete the app, and resync everything.
