Faceted Filters on Mobile - Toggle button

Topic summary

Main issue: Turbo 8 theme’s faceted filtering (filters by multiple product attributes via metafields) renders poorly on mobile; filters stack at the top, forcing users to scroll before seeing products. No built-in options were found to make filters horizontal or add a mobile “Filters” toggle.

Request: Code solution to implement a mobile toggle button for filters.

Community feedback: Multiple users report the same problem, asking if a fix exists and expressing willingness to share any found solution.

Current status: Unresolved. No code snippets, attachments, or specific workarounds have been provided. One participant will continue searching and follow up if a solution is found.

Action needed: Guidance or code to add a mobile-friendly filter toggle in Turbo 8, or confirmation of theme settings that enable such behavior.

I am using Turbo 8 and have enabled faceted filtering using meta fields. It works well on desktop but looks terrible on mobile. All the filters are stacked at the top of the page and you have to scroll past them to get to the products. I don’t see any customization options to make the filters horizontal or to add a filters toggle button for mobile.

Can anyone suggest code to add to create a toggle filters button for mobile? Thanks.
