We are having lots of problem with Shopify since 17th of June 2022.
Shopify is holding our money and doesn’t transfer that to our account claiming that the developer ( who was also suggested by Shopify) made mistake that instead of putting the birth date of the owner of the company he put a random date.
We contacted Shopify several times through different ways and there is no answer yet. It has been a month and we don’t have even money to pay our employees or pay the rents of our store.
We need you to solve this issue ASAP

In addition to this, frontline support staff, like those reached via callback requests or live chats, are not privy to certain information in payout hold situations. As such, it’s recommend that you reach out to the Live Team once you’re aware of the hold, so the folks from the escalated team can get in touch with you to resolve things.
Have you received any emails from our team about your payout hold? The team that handles these holds communicates exclusively via email, so we’ll want to make sure you’re receiving these emails as expected. Can you tell me when you last heard from our team, via email, about this hold? Please check your junk/spam folders of your email inbox as emails may find their way there.

it has been a month that Shopify hold our money. Since yesterday they started to do the deposit after many times complaining. But not the whole amount

Thanks for following up with me! I’m happy to hear that it sounds like your payouts have resumed. Although the entire amount may not have been deposited yet, with payouts seemingly resumed, you should see the entire amount hit your connect bank account as expected. That is assuming that there are no other banners or errors appearing in your Shopify Admin that suggest otherwise!
