Hi there! There are no known issues that I am aware of at this time. Are you experiencing any problems with processing AMEX cards on your store? If yes, could you please share some more details about what you are experiencing so we can help you troubleshoot?

We have had 3 customers try to use their Amex and each one has been declined.

Also, if you review the orders from your Abandoned Cart section of your admin you can check to see what error messages were shared during their attempted payment. This can help you check to see what the issue is. Feel free to share any error messages here for help troubleshooting. Make sure if you are sharing a screenshot that you crop out or hide any sensitive customer data.

Can you confirm for me what you are using as your payment gateway (example: Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe, etc)?

From the screenshot it looks like you are entering in the credit card details manually, is that correct? Is the credit being used for this test transaction the same as the billing card on file? If yes, this could be flagged by the payment processor.

We are using Shopify Payments

Thank you for confirming that, there have been no known issues with accepting payment through an AMEX card over this past week that I am aware of. Is the issue only with AMEX cards, or does it also affect other cards?
