Failed webhook deliveries

Hi everyone,

I have some issue about webhooks in my custom apps, suddenly my URL fail to receive webhook from Shopify I don’t know how can troubleshoot it because I use shared hosting for my server, I got this email from shopify,

I hope somebody can tell me how can I troubleshoot this issues

The partners dashboard has a webhooks delivery page that contains more details about failed webhook deliveries. It should contain information that you can use to debug the failed deliveries. You can read more about it here.
