I have major back issues, and carpal tunnel; since I am also a pianist, I’m not able to fix my site myself. I need help. The problem I have been having is that every time I contact one of the over 1000 “Shopify Partners” either their references don’t check out, or their primary location might say Los Angeles, but it is actually in India. Not that India is necessarily a problem, but I’m wary when these partners have so much false information. Others I’ve contacted haven’t responded or their prices are too high. Example: I had a company (Shopify Partner) approach me for a reasonable redesign and I reached out to several of their references. Two of these responded, one favorably. The other said they never heard of the company and they were lying. I have put way too much time and effort into setting this store up, and designing wonderful products, but I need help fixing the store design itself to fix the host of issues which are keeping people from buying: I need to delete certain designs and reorganize their order and categories. The problem is especially problematic with “women’s T-shirts” because there are unisex t’s and there are those designed for women specifically. Trying to fix just one design the other day was excruciatingly painful and my hand was numb. How have people chosen partners successfully? I have been unable to reach anyone human at Shopify and now their e-mail support is discontinued. Their Chat program reminds me of the recent South Park Episode. A joke.
