Fixed button position

Hi!
Does anyone know how to set a button to stay in the same position?

Currently, it expands and moves around when upscaling or downscaling my webpage, I would like it to be at a fixed size and position regardless of screen size.

@MichelleFourie - usually it is not fixed to be visible on your image on all the screens, using css you can force it to the top or the bottom but then it may create issues on various screens
