Hi All,
I am having an issue where we cannot search for a sku in the search drawer, but if you hit enter, it takes you to the search page, where you can search by sku.
We use to be able to do this, but something has changed and now it doesnt work.
Anyone have any ideas?
I just ran into this issue after updating Focal. I reached out to them and they said it wasn’t their fault and to contact Shopify, but in my opinion it has to be their issue. I reached out to Shopify and waiting now to see what happens. This functionality is extremely important to us. How did you end up fixing the problem?
