Footer country/region and language selector dropdown color change

Hello,

I’m currently using the dawn theme. I want to be able to change the color of the country/region and language dropdown selector to white and the text to a different color. Is there a code in which it facilitates the change of the color? Please see attached image for reference, I have circle the area I’m looking to change.
