I moved my newsletter form and social media icons to the 3rd column of footer.
since then i don’t see any confirmation/success messages when i register for the newsletter. i am using dawn theme.
any ideas what i’ve done wrong?

as that is a Shopify Theme, let our theme team take a closer at your theme code as part of your 60-min Design Time (more on that here).
And if you would like to offer your visitors an enhanced Newsletter experience, informing them of things like new drops, or special offers, let me know and we can take a look at apps like Klaviyo or Omnisend.
Simply send an email to our support here (https://bit.ly/3cwO7ym) from the email address you use to log in to your Shopify store, and enter your myshopify.com URL there as well. Once they authenticate your account, they can help you out.
