Force Text-Overflow: Ellipsis On Product Card For Mobile? Disable Vertical Align Text Desktop?

Hi, so currently I know how to truncate a product title. but the problem is that i have to input a certain number to make it work but then it does not truncate automatically, plus I want it to truncate automatically only on mobile or when the screen gets smaller. I guess responsive design is the way to say it.

I’m using Parallax theme.
