Hoping someone can help me to finally fix this issue with my mobile app on Shopify. So on the above picture if a customer scrolls through the small thumbnails underneath then the variant changes automatically. However, if the customer scrolls through the large image on the top then the variant does not change automatically. This could mean that the customer orders the wrong item by mistake.
Is there a way that I can make the big image also change the variant when customers scroll? Or can we just get rid of these big images so we’re left just with the smaller thumbnails?
I have tried Shopify support but cannot get anywhere with them, unfortunately.

Yes unfortunately I cannot get anywhere with Shopify support. I wait a few days and then they just tell me that it’s an advanced programming feature and I would need to pay for it. I don’t understand why the feature isnt standard as their must be so many customers making errors.
Anyway thank you again for your help with this. I will keep trying to locate these files and will update this if I get a solution
