How do i get a free shipping progress bar attached to my cart. I turned it on but when i went back it didnt work

You can use the following app to easily add a Free Shipping progress bar. The Cart Upsell app will help you create free shipping, free gifts, and discounts.
We ended up going with this app because it gave a cart page shipping estimator as well as the free shipping bar: https://apps.shopify.com/cart-shipping-calculator-pro
Make sure whatever app you are using that you go into your store “customize” and enable the app embed for it to be visible, or place the bar location

Ensure the progress bar is correctly integrated with your cart page.
Double-check that it’s tracking the correct condition for free shipping.

Try turning the free shipping bar back on in the theme editor under cart. If that still doesn’t show, you can manually add a dynamic progress bar in your cart template with custom Liquid. A small JavaScript snippet that compares your cart total to your free shipping threshold will often do the trick.
