We are seeing text for “Free Shipping” on new order staff notifications as well as refund notifications, however, the actual order does not offer free shipping. The order, staff, and refund notifications all amount to the same amount, the only difference is, that staff and refund notifications are showing this free shipping text that is not supposed to be there and we’re wondering where this is coming from.
We are currently using the SupaEasy app by Nextools for a shipping rate script, but none of these have a free shipping rate on them, we have discount codes set up for Free Shipping but these codes weren’t used for the order.
