Fulfillment statuses - Another of Shopify's 100+ Headaches campaign

Another day, another Shopify issue, brought to you by Shopify’s 100+ Headaches campaign.

Is anyone else having issues with fulfillment statuses not being updated (eg. “In Transit”, “Out for Delivery”, “Delivered” etc.)?

I use a third-party tracking app to update these statuses, however, recently it’s completely stopped updating. I contacted them (Parcel Panel) and the fulfillments are updated on their end, so this is a Shopify issue.
