Generate Links for Multiple Item Add to Cart

I need a link for multiple products in multiple quantities that brings you to the cart page

https://STORE-NAME.myshopify.com/cart/{{variant id #}}:{{quantity #}},{{variant id #}}:{{quantity #}}

The above link structure brings you directly to the checkout page which is not what I’m looking for but registers the quantity input correctly

https://STORE-NAME.myshopify.com/cart/add?id[]={{variant id #}}&quantity={{quantity #}}&id={{variant id #}}&quantity={{quantity #}}

The above link structure brings you to the cart page but doesn’t properly register quantity number. It pull the quantity from the first variant id

Is there a way to create a permalink with two products and different quantities for each product?

If you are not afraid of long urls, you can simply repeat the same variant id multiple times to match the final quantity you want.
