Getting a 404 Error when trying to connect Shopify through Spotify

I’m not able to connect my Shopify store through Spotify. I’m in Spotify 4 Artists. I click on “Connect Your Shopify” enter the Shopify store address and it takes me to a 404 error page (image attached)

I am in a trial store currently and I have items added to my store so they should be showing up.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Just figured out if you connect THROUGH Shopify TO Spotify it will work.

Could you be more specific? I’m having the same issue.
