I have a section with gif background that is working when viewed on my tablet, but does not show up at all when viewed on desktop.
The section is the second to last section ‘Straight to your inbox’ https://hello-ea9a.myshopify.com/
Over desktop the section looks like this:
And on tablet it looks like this:
Any guidance would be super appreciated.

I checked on the page, and I found that the issue is because of the gifs itself. I tried to access the gifs on the Shopify CDN server but it is not working. The gifs on desktops are now undefined
Can you try like upload the gif again? Also, compress it to make sure the gifs stay at the small size.
After that you can use the new gif to use it as background-image

I checked the above link and found that the gif image link is broken. Currently on both desktop and tablet no gif background is displayed. Can you try uploading the gif again?

Hi @Aimee50 , that is the issue of gif image, not related to desktop or tablet.
I tried open your store using Safari and it’s working but cannot load it on Firefox or Chrome
