I have a store and I unknowingly (mistake) set two-step authentication for access using Google Authenticator. I lost the phone that had the codes on it, and my new phone does not download the code when it asks mem for one when logging in. I also do not have the backup code that can be used in place. My store has been paying $66 fees for months, and I have been going crazy using your AI chat bot sending me in circles with no answers. I had to make this account just to ask this question on forum board. I need help accessing the stores account, or I’d just like help to close the store, as this is very trying. Either way I need help.
