To further investigate, I recommend trying to login your account using this link through an incognito tab in your browser. Additionally, you can try using the Shopify mobile app available for both Apple and Android devices.
Please let me know if either of these methods allows you to successfully log in to your account. If not, we can continue troubleshooting here to find a solution.
