Google Merchant Account suspended

Hello

I have asked this before and got some helpful responses but I am still stuck. My Google Merchant Centre account is suspended for website or online store needs improvement. I have tried many times and it gets rejected on every review and I really don’t know why. I’ve deleted my broken links, can’t find any placeholder images or text, the product details and categories seem to match, I’ve got a return page, contact page etc. I’ve gone through Google’s own help pages. I’ve contacted Google to ask for more specific advice on what to correct but get the same response every time. See below:

Please can someone offer me practical help and maybe test or look at my shop. I am really stuck. I can try and do it myself but I need specific pointers and guidance, rather than Google’s generic response.

1. Match Your Domain Name- Ensure the domain name of your website exactly matches the domain name you provided in your Google Merchant Center account.

  • Double-check that you’ve verified and claimed the correct domain in Google Merchant Center.

Steps:

  • Log into Google Merchant Center.
  • Go to Settings > Website and ensure your domain is verified via Google Search Console.
  • Use the same domain across your website, shopping feed, and Merchant Center settings.

2. Fix Broken Links- Scan your website for broken links (e.g., 404 errors).

  • Repair or redirect broken links to appropriate pages.

Tools:

  • Use tools like Broken Link Checker or site audit tools such as Screaming Frog or Ahrefs.
  • Check internal links, product pages, and navigation menus.
