Google Merchant Center Suspension - Misrepresentation

Hi,

I’ve been using Google Merchant Center for almost 2 years, but recently my account got suspended due to misrepresentation. I’m not sure what happened since I haven’t added any new products or made significant changes to my store.

I’ve tried to fix the issue multiple times without success. It’s been over two months, and I still can’t figure out what’s causing the problem. My Merchant Center account now says I have one last attempt to resolve the issue.

I’ve reviewed every page on my store and my Merchant Center account, and everything seems fine. (For context, my Google Ads account is also working fine.)

This issue is really frustrating, and I’d appreciate any help or advice. My store is: Galoox.com.

Thanks!

Suspensions can happen at any time, even when approved for many years.

Your main issue is your address, it’s virtual. Google in most cases rejects businesses that don’t have a real physical address.

You will have more issues, but the address is the main one, to find more issues check the policies below:

Thank you so much for your help.

My store address is a physical location, but as you mentioned, the issue was with the address. Somehow, I forgot to include the zip code.
