Hi, @SoulandVibe !

Thanks for reaching out in our Community forums and for sharing your concern, I’d be happy to point you in the right direction.

It’s possible that you’re not meeting the requirements of Google’s Shopping Ads Policies. As per the Google Merchant Help Center, Google doesn’t want users to feel misled by the content promoted in Shopping ads. They flag instances in which promotions that prompt users to initiate a purchase, download, or other commitment without first providing all relevant information and obtaining the user’s explicit consent. As well as promotions that represent you or your products in a way that is not accurate, realistic, and truthful.

I suggest reviewing the document shared above as you’ll be able to see examples of each instance. If you are still having issues, reaching out directly to Google may be the best option here.

Once you’re able to resolve your issue, I’d love to chat with you more about your business! If you’re interested, we have some great resources to help you get started: Top 18 Types of Google Ads: Full Guide with Examples, and How to Use Google Ads to Drive Traffic.

When you are drop shipping, Google requires more trust signals.

You can generate more trust signals by having reviews from verified 3rd party review aggregators.

However the main issue will be your address. This is not where you are located, and these types of addresses are used by foreigners setting up a LTD

I have seen a lot of merchants get suspended with the same address.

This in Google’s view is that you are misrepresenting where you are located.

I recommend being honest about where you are really are. And use the business address where you are physically located.

You may have a lot more issues, but this is the main issue I see.
