Hello! I want to start advertising my website on Google but they don’t approve my products. They approved them firstly, but in a few days they suspended my account for policy violation: misrepresentation. I use a virtual mailbox for my business address since I’m from Bulgaria. Also, I haven’t registered my business yet because I want to start getting sales first. This is my website: https://getmulticharger.com/. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me.
@Vincenzoo nice work with your AI generated reply. You might as well just tell the original poster to use ChatGPT to get the same answer.
I recommend adding your business details in the footer of all pages (business name, address, email, phone number, hours.)
Your missing a contact link in the footer of all pages, having it only in the header is not enough.
Your busines address is not where you are located, using a FedEx, virual, po box etc address will not get you approved.
You need to have a real address where you are located, where you sit behind a computer and perform your work.
Google is very good in knowing what is real and what is not.
These are some basics I see, you will have more issues so make sure to read:

Okay, but this way many customers will not buy anything when they see that my business is located in Bulgaria and I am selling to the United States. Isn’t there any way to make it work with virtual box business address? Thank you in advance!
I understand your position, Google wants a level of trust, and if you say you are un the US, when you are in Bulgaria, that is misleading.
Misleading users is part of misrepresentation, as you are misrepresenting where you are located.
My recommendation, show your real business location, and first start advertising in Bulgaria, build up trust and reputation then expand into other countries.
