I have the basic plan of Shopify and want to implement my google tag so I can track the conversions from my Google Ads

I have reached out to Shopify who have said it is not possible on a basic plan and to either

  • Upgrade to Shopify Plus

or

  • Wait for the day this becomes available to non plus plans

I really need to implement the tag in order to track the conversions and I am not sure on another way to do this.

I asked Shopify if we could give them the tag and they implement it for us but it is not possible

Can anybody help?

It’s not possible to set up yourself, but you can try hire some Shopify expert to see if they can help.
