Has anyone else received a suspicious letter from Priority Payments Systems?

I use shopify to process my internet orders. I received a letter from Priority payments systems. They are claiming that I should pay them $150.00 and fill out a questionnaire. They claim that if I do not, I will be charged $39.95 monthly. In my opinion this seems like a scam. Has anyone received a similar letter

I recommend not paying any money to fill out a questionnaire. Does this company have your credit card information? It is coming across as not legitimate. Can you send a screenshot of the email you received showing the sender’s email?

Thank you for sharing that screenshot. I removed the image after I saw it because it contains some of your personal information, and this is a public forum.

As for that letter, I recommend calling the company and inquiring about this letter, as I have not seen this before, and it is not associated with Shopify.
