Hello again community, I was wondering if anybody has ever brought something from a shopify store but had no contact with the seller nor any tracking information but after some time (maybe within the month/ a month later) you ended up receiving your package?
if so did you end up getting what you brought without any faults, did you ever buy anything from that store again?
I’m only asking since the store I purchased from 11 days ago, I have no way to contact the seller and there’s no way to track my order other than the app store (which only says order placed). However I notice the store keeps updating their payment methods, items to sell, deals, etc. etc. I have reached out to shopify about this but I have to wait 30 days in order to report the store for these issues I’ve been having. My refund request from the bank i used is still pending so idk if I’ll get my money back or not or if my item will come in the mail one day but I know a few people have gotten their items from shopify stores like weeks later without any tracking info/seller contact.
