Has anyone partnered with CREOTE (www.creote.com) an e-commerce platform that connects retailers with ecommerce wholesalers? CREOTE is based in London. I just want to warn others: I signed up to showcase my products through CREOTE. A U.S. retailer ordered my products through CREOTE. The website states that after a 14-day window, money from the order made through CREOTE by the retailer would be deposited in my account within 3-5 days. I never got paid and reached out to CREOTE. They have not responded. I’m wondering what steps I can take legally or otherwise as they seem to think they are untouchable.
