Have a customer in Japan who cannot not get his master card to work. CAN YOU DO IT FOR ME?

  1. To reach the Shopify Support team, follow the link to the Shopify Contact page
  2. Login to your store
  3. Search for the issue you need help with, for example, “Card Not working”
  4. then look for the option to Continue to get support.
  5. From there, you’ll be able to speak with our team via live chat, email, or callback requests.
