comes up with this when i try and set it up but im not sure what it means or how to fix it

It looks like you are experiencing an error when trying to set up Shopify Payments. I’d be happy to help steer you in the right direction to receive help!
Have you made sure to complete all address and phone number fields in the Settings > Store Details section of your admin? Once that section is complete, you should retry your Shopify Payments activation to see if that allows you to proceed.
Also, when you were setting up Shopify Payments, is it possible that you tried to change your business address/location to a different country than what is in your Settings > Store Details? It’s possible that doing so might cause that error message to appear, however without access to your account details I cannot say for sure.
