I’ve been having trouble logging into my other Shopify account due to my old phone number being registered with the account. When I realized this error, I did update the phone number but the 2-step authentication still remembers my old phone number, and uses it to send the recovery code whenever I attempt to log into my account. I have been trying to get into contact with a Shopify staff member or support staff but I haven’t had any luck. Can anyone help me find a solution to this problem, maybe a Shopify contact number? It cost me losing my domain because I cant log in to renew the banking credentials and everywhere I search I can’t find a support number or staff email, thank you to anyone that takes the time to help.

I was having this issue too. I finally figured it out. Go to your dashboard and click on your store name in the top right corner of the screen. Then go down to manage account. Click on update next to your old phone number then add your new number and go through the verification process to add it. Hope this helps!
