I’m looking for an app that allows customers to pick more than 1 variant but I think I'm having trouble finding the words to search for.
I would like to make it so if I have 10 variants listed a customer can pick any number of them, instead of the one Shopify allows.
Any help or direction would be very welcome, I just can't seem to figure it out.
That’s an order-form at it’s crudest, though also look for these type of app or customization keywords:
bundles, kits, mix and match, product builder / product configurator, or order forms / multi-order forms ; etc
Note this can also be achieved with theme customizations, or some themes may have this feature (though generally an order-form template).
Generally useful when prices don’t need to be dynamically modified on the frontend.

You can absolutely achieve this by using the Easify Product Options app. It allows customers to select multiple variants or products at once, instead of being limited to just one like Shopify’s default setup.
Customers can freely choose any quantity and flavor they like, then add everything to the cart with just one click. You can also set individual prices for each flavor or a fixed total price for the whole bundle — and best of all, it requires no coding at all. Here’s an example I created to show how it works.

You can easily control the quantity customers can select by enabling Allow Quantity Selector for option value under the Advanced settings tab, then defining your minimum and maximum quantity values.
