Hi, I run a local fruit and veggie delivery service. I only offer local delivery, no shipping. I really need to add a subscription app that allows my customers to choose either a weekly or fortnightly (tuesday or friday) delivery option. I installed the Appstle subscription and loyalty app and it wasn’t able to work. I have the app On-Time Delivery App installed to allow my customers to choose the day they prefer. I have had awesome support and help from both the Appstle team and Shopfiy but I am really struggling to understand why i can’t offer a subscription service to my customers. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get around this? Thank you.

The local delivery and local pickup options currently aren’t yet available in Shopify for auto-charging subscriptions. You can see the limitation listed here: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/products/subscriptions/setup#eligibility-requirements
Overall, merchants using our Seal Subscriptions app usually create a delivery profiles specifically for their subscriptions and simulate the local delivery option in there. This workaround isn’t perfect, but it does allow them to sell local delivery products as subscriptions
