my website launches tomorrow and my collections aren’t showing in my shop page, only one and I can’t understand why. I have set the page to show all collections.

I’ve taken a look at your shop (poochedout.co.uk) and I’m not seeing any collections added to your storefront. However, I am seeing a Shop menu that is showing all products. That being said, if you’d like to add collections to your shop, then there’s a couple of options that you can consider - such as adding them onto your navigation menus (eg. header or footer), or to a section (eg. featured collection) on your homepage.
If you’d like to add the collection to the navigation (eg. header or footer), then you can add them as menu items in your online store. If you’re looking to add a bunch of collections, then you can also consider setting up drop-down menus.
You can also add collections to your homepage using the sections and blocks offered by your theme. Sections, like featured collection or collection list, can showcase specific collections and allow you to add more content to your homepage.
