HI All

i have recently launched my store online to sell shoes and i need help setting the shipping rates and understand it properly so i am not losing money. the other thing i need help with is shoe size conversion from Chinese to other as on the supplier page on Cj it mentions that shoes with Chinese sized are 1 or 2 sizes smaller and i would really like to fix this so i do not have people returning their shoes because of it. add to that just a general look at my store and feedback. i would greatly appreciate it.
