I am in desperate need of help.

I have multiple pages from my landing pages that when I add a product to that page it goes to the other page.
under the tab “hats” I can add one main image but it does t show all the options I have unless you click on each one. I would like it so they are all side by side from each other.
when I add a hat under “hat” tab it then adds it to the “on & off course” tab. And vis versa. I add a hoodie and it goes to the hat section. I have all hats under different collections in all products as well as apparels under its owe collection butting keeps duplicating.
im new to this and it’s becoming extremely frustrating. Any help would be appreciated.
