I’m trying to log into my other account and it’s not allowing me because of a authorization card de and recovery code and I have neither, people are putting in orders and I’m getting charged, I need help ASAP!!! Shopify isn’t helping and running me around in circles, I’m getting extremely frustrated and am ready to take legal matters. I NEED HELP!!!

We’re sorry to hear you’re having issues on your end accessing your account. To confirm, you’re unable to receive your 6-digit authentication code? To double-check for your recovery codes, did you save these to your device? If so, try checking your downloads’ folder for a file named shopify_recovery_codes. This is the default file name that is given to the recovery codes.
If you’re unable to find your recovery codes, the next step is to contact our authenticated Support who will be able to assist you further. You can create a Support request by going to the Shopify Help Center. If you’ve already contacted Support, then you should have received a transcript of the chat along with a ticket ID. You can reply directly to your ticket ID to ensure it reaches the appropriate team looking into your query.
