Hero Image on Home Page is HUGE - Refresh Theme

I have been searching for a solution for DAYS. Several people here have given me directions but I cannot find the place to fix this. This is what I’m seeing in the Refresh theme. There is nothing there about changing image size.

Now, could you possible tell me how to fix this other thing too?

How can I get the home page to scroll down to the Collections section when you click on the Shop All Product Here button. It just sits there.

you just need to assign an anchor tag to that section and in the shop all link refer to that specific section id thats it.

How do I assign an anchor tag to that section? It’s already linked to Collections but it just doesn’t ‘go there’. You have to manually scroll down to see it.
