Is it possible to hide all products from public, but be able to send checkout links, i don’t want anyone to come and look at my store or try to buy something, just the customers whom i send checkout links with specific products selected

In this case, I recommend you set a password for your store.
From your Shopify admin, please go to Online Store > Preferences. In the Password Protection section, you will select Restrict access to visitors with the password. In the Password field, you will enter the password that you want to add to your online store and restrict access with.
