Hey I’m looking for an app that will allow me to sell a series of digital products, hidden by a paywall (preferably a one time payment vs subscription) and the user access this library of digital products by logging into an account they created when they checked out.
Is there any app out there than can achieve this?

Based on what you described I think the third party app, Locksmith, will be a good option for you. It allows you to to restrict access to specific products or pages based on criteria you set up.
