I want to the bottom banner image section for desktop on a product page in the Refresh theme. Any help would be amazing!

@flighlstudent - open your product page in customize settings and check if you have an option to set banner section
if you set from customize settings then this very same banner will be shown on all the product pages

You should go to Shopify Admin, Themes, click Customize, then go to the product template and change the sections there.

You can try to follow these steps:
Go to Online Store → Themes → Actions → Edit code
Go to sections → product-template.liquid file → add this following code at the bottom of page
.footer-image-banner {
display: none;
}
