We have had an order come through last night that I am a little unsure what to do with, the order was for $334 and has the following indications (attached).
Ive canceled a couple previously for having incorrect information etc but this is just an odd one as it just says information unavailable….
thoughts?
The most common response is to contact the customer to investigate the order, or just cancel it and let them know why, saying your automated system picked up a potential fraud risk.
