Am I missing something obvious? I cannot find out how to enable any pagination options for any Collections template page in the Horizon theme. It only (apparently) supports endless scroll? This seems like a huge functionality gap.

Well it’s a free theme. Basic and free with limited options. If you want better, there are a lot of themes meticulously designed and catered to your needs.
