How can customers earn bonus points for purchases?

Is there a way for customers (with an account) to collect bonus points? The points should be related either to the product purchased or to the order value and, from a certain number, can be exchanged for a product or for a discount/voucher. I don’t have that much hope, but it doesn’t cost anything to ask.

The best way to do this would be a loyalty feature app. There are a few different ones in the Shopify App store which could possibly work for you here, and you can find some of them below:

Each one would have different features and interface so it’s best to check them out and see which one can do what you need. Most of them have either a free plan available or a free trial period, which should give you enough time to see which one is the best fit for your business needs.
