How can I add a 3D spinning logo to my homepage?

So to keep it simple I have a 3d render of my logo spinning. It’s a .mov file. I want to put it on my homepage. I can work with the CSS or HTML if its necessary. I’m using the debut theme. My website is https://pliqtorium.com (password: chAnge)

For reference, I want to have a similar thing going on as what https://echoingstars.com/ has going on with their logo.

So my question is if anyone can help me with this? Should I render it as a different file? What code should I change? etc.

You need to create .gif file for this type of logo.
