How can I add a calendar feature for customer orders on my catering site?

All

I’m running a catering company through this site

My challenge is we have customers that place orders so they put time in and date themselves , but when customers email orders, apart from putting in notes is there a app or code i can add so we can add the date time through a calendar, also can u sync your orders to a calendar easy quick view

And for sales is there a way to view future sale values
