How can I add a custom text option to a specific product variant?

I have really been struggling with customization options. I want to just add a custom text option to only one variant of my product not the other variants. Any idea on how can i do it?

Could you share additional details about the variant and custom option you’d like to set up? Additionally, how many products with this variant and option are on your store?
